- Confirmation + reminders. Email (and optional SMS later) so people actually show up.
- Session. Live Zoom/Meet or a recorded workshop; keep the offer clear and late enough to teach first.
- Offer path. Soft CTA during/after; checkout or booking page; short follow-up sequence for no-shows and replays.
Skip evergreen 12-email “webinar funnels” until one live workshop converts with people you already know.
