Minimum course funnel shape
- Offer page. Who it’s for, what’s inside, price, one checkout CTA.
- Optional lead magnet / waitlist. Capture interested people who are not ready to buy today.
- Email path. Welcome + a short lesson or proof sequence; soft CTA back to the offer.
- Checkout + delivery. Payment, then access (course portal, PDF, or community link).
Skip upsell trees and webinar stacks until the core offer converts with people you already know.
When an all-in-one (systeme.io-shaped) fits
From published systeme.io positioning (checked 11 Sep 2026). Research placeholder.
- Vendor marketing positions pages, email, courses, and checkout in one account — useful if you want that under one login.
- You are solo / small and on a free or starter budget (see also ≤$100 guide).
- You would rather not hire an agency to wire Stripe + ESP + a course host on day one.
When DIY / separate wins
- DIY: Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy / Stripe Payment Link + a static page + a free ESP can sell a PDF or cohort before you need a funnel builder.
- Specialist course host: you already have a list and only need LMS features the AIO does not emphasize.
- Creator ESP first: audience building is the whole job — see creator email FAQ.
- Landing CRO first: paid traffic + A/B pages — see landing builder FAQ.
Honesty checks
- No course revenue claims, “students earned $X,” testimonials, or star ratings on this site.
- Research vs hands-on: we paraphrase published positioning; we have not built your course inside any vendor lab.
